Alina M. Quintana, Production Manager

Alina Quintana, Production Manager, possesses more than 15 years of experience in media buying, marketing and production.

Prior to joining Bitner Goodman, Alina worked as a production assistant for a television communications firm in Boca Raton, Florida. It was here that she learned the ins and outs of the production industry and sharpened her skills in the field, including the use of editing equipment and the teleprompter, in addition to gaining much insight on media planning and buying.

Quintana has been an integral part of the Bitner Goodman team for many years, and within this time has been responsible for overseeing the media placement, coordination and outreach for many of the agency’s prominent clients, such as the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Tri-Rail.  She has also been instrumental in utilizing her production expertise to assist in creating cutting-edge, innovative marketing plans.

In her spare time, she volunteers at her local Humane Society and is very active in her community.  She is very passionate about the environment, animal rights and children’s services.

Originally from Queens, N.Y., Quintana attended St. Johns University and Queensborough Community College, where she majored in fine arts with a minor in psychology. Alina arrived in Florida in 1997 and lives in Boca Raton with her two daughters, four dogs and three cats.
