Kelley Santiago, Account Executive

Kelley Santiago, Account Executive, brings a variety of fresh public relations insight and writing experience to the Bitner Goodman team.

During her studies at the University of Central Florida, Redman gained experience in public relations, advertising and marketing through various internships and independent studies. She served as an account executive at Bitner Hennessy where she produced press materials including releases, media advisories and fact sheets for clients in the restaurant, real estate and hospitality industries, conducted research to develop a comprehensive overview of our client’s targeted market and served as the media coordinator for various client events.

As a public relations intern at Ypartnership, a full-service agency in Orlando that focuses solely on travel and tourism, she was responsible for positioning various luxury destinations and resorts as ideal vacation getaways and places to host meetings. With her spunk and optimism, she was responsible for motivating the Latin American team members to generate new sources of public relations coverage to secure exposure for the clients. The experience she obtained while working with the agency sparked an overwhelming excitement for positioning companies and destinations as unique in consumer’s eyes.

While at Roffler Chiropractic Clinic, she served as the special projects coordinator. She organized internal and external company functions to increase visibility in the community and the health industry, maintained patient relations and used her knowledge of web 2.0 techniques to gain exposure of Roffler Chiropractic Clinic on a social media level.

Santiago is a key component of the account team at Bitner Goodman. She is responsible for drafting press materials, securing media coverage and providing community outreach for events.  She works with South Florida Commuter Services, Holy Cross Hospital and Winn-Dixie.

Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
